Ways to end an employment contract
Under the Polish Labour Code, an employment contract can be ended by mutual agreement of the parties or by notice from one of the parties, with the notice period.
- Mutual agreement: the fastest way to end the contract on an agreed date.
- Notice by the employee: with the statutory notice period (2 weeks, 1 month or 3 months depending on length of service).
