Without experience, describe cleaning or garden work or looking after your own home. This is a job you can learn quickly.

Add whether you live nearby. Property managers like to hire people from the area.

Tailoring your CV to the job offer

A residents' association looks for cleaning and contact with residents, an estate for green areas and winter work, and a cleaning firm for work at several sites. Move to the top what the job ad is about. If you also look after car parks, playgrounds or grounds at schools and offices, add this. It shows that you can manage a larger area. Also say whether you can operate a snow blower or a ride-on mower. Also give the working hours that suit you and whether you can start early in the morning.
