Give the type of projects, years of experience, the scale of budgets and teams and your clients' industries. Add a success measure, such as the number of projects finished on time.

CRM consultant with 4 years of experience who has led 2 smaller implementations on his own over the last year. I plan the schedule, coordinate a team of 4 and report progress to the client. I am looking for a project manager role.

Experience: duties and achievements

For each project or role, give the budget, timeline, team, client and outcome. Show difficult situations too: scope changes, supplier delays, conflicts, and how you resolved them.

Weaker: Running projects.

Better: Leading ERP implementations for 6 manufacturing clients, budgets up to PLN 2.5 million.

Weaker: Meeting deadlines.

Not always, but it helps, especially at large companies. Experience described through specific projects matters more.

How do I describe projects without revealing clients?

Give the industry, scale and outcome, for example "ERP implementation at a manufacturer with 600 employees", without the client's name.

Is a project lead different from a project manager?

Usually it is the same role under a different name. On your CV, use the title from the job ad.
